How this website uses your information

This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It doesn't cover the OX Packages app or your F&J customer account, which have their own terms.

What we collect here

This website has no forms and no login, and it doesn't ask for your personal details. Your account, shipping address and package details are kept in OX Packages, not on this website.

Information stored on your device

If you close the "add to home screen" message, your browser remembers that choice on your own device so we don't show it again too soon. If you add the site to your home screen, your device may keep a copy of the page so it opens without a signal. You can clear both in your browser settings.

WhatsApp and email

When you tap a WhatsApp or email button, your own app opens with a message you can edit before sending. Anything you send is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider and by F&J Shipping to answer you. Never send your password or full card details.

Links to other services

This site links to OX Packages, the App Store, Google Play, TikTok, Instagram and Google reviews. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Visit statistics

We may add simple visit statistics in future to see which pages and buttons are useful. If we do, we'll update this page.
