As soon as you place your order and get your tracking number, pre-alert the package in your account and upload the store invoice.

Jamaica Customs Agency's official tools show the duty and taxes on your items. Packages valued at US$100 or less (FOB) don't pay duties and taxes. Above that, duty applies to the full value including shipping and insurance (CIF).

All rates are in Jamaican dollars (J$). Air shipping is charged by weight, not by what you paid for the item.

"Ships 5 times a week" and "3 times a week" mean scheduled dispatches. It isn't a promise that every package reaches Jamaica within a set number of days.

Copy each line from your account into the store's checkout: your full name, the street, your customer number (starts with LAJ) in Street 2, then the city, state, zip and country.
If the store suggests a "corrected" address, choose Use address as entered. See the example and video.
Shop any US store, such as Amazon, Shein, Temu or Walmart. At checkout, use your F&J USA address with your own name and customer number. When the order ships, pre-alert it with the tracking number.

As soon as you have a tracking number, add it to your account with the store name and item value, and upload the store invoice. This helps us match the package to you, and customs needs the invoice.
Express: J$800 first pound + J$750 each extra pound. Standard: J$750 first pound + J$700 each extra pound. Sea: J$1,950 per cubic foot, 50 lb minimum.
Example: a 3 lb package is J$2,300 Express or J$2,150 Standard. Use the rate estimator.
Wait for your ready for collection notification, then confirm your pickup on WhatsApp before you travel. Pickup is at Harbour City Mall, Baywest and surrounding areas on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (Saturday by arrangement).
You have 7 days to collect after we notify you. After that, storage is J$100 per day. Packages left unclaimed for 30 days may be sold in accordance with our policy.
